Paul brings over 30 years of experience across a wide range of disability support roles, including specialist behaviour support practice since 2013. His work has a strong focus on supporting parents, and on working with boys and young men on the autism spectrum as they navigate the transition to adulthood.
Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Developmental Disability, a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Disability, a Certificate IV in Disability, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He is deeply committed to improving quality-of-life outcomes for people with disability through evidence-based, person-centred practice.

Senior Practitioner – Steve Piedra
Steve Piedra joined PBC in 2022, bringing over 10 years’ experience working with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing across disability behaviour support and family services. He is a registered psychologist with the PsyBA at Ahpra and holds a Specialist Certificate in Forensic Disability.
Steve’s professional interests include Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, dual diagnosis, forensic disability, trauma-informed practice, and supporting families with complex needs.
Originally from Florida in the USA, Steve has lived in Melbourne for the past 20 years, where he is busy raising two teenage children.

Administrative Systems Officer – Linda Cornell
Linda joined PBC in 2024 and provides administrative support across the organisation, including overseeing the transition to an improved client records management system. She manages service agreements and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Linda brings considerable experience in medical administration and a strong understanding of the NDIS. As a parent of an NDIS participant, she also contributes valuable insight from a participant and family perspective.
